Pilates

Here at On Form, we believe that Pilates is essential to your exercise regime.

Pilates is based around core strength and mobility, therefore we feel it coincides perfectly with other, more robust exercise. It allows you to focus on both mind and body, while promoting correct posture and enhancing mobility, stability and flexibility. Whether you have been advised by a health professional or want to work on your core strength, pilates is ideal for those with intensive desk jobs or poor posture, which in turn can lead to back problems.

We currently offers Pilates in Shrewsbury and surrounding areas. Classes are held individually or small group sessions to ensure you receive all the support you need.

Regardless of where you chose to attend, you can mix Pilates with personal training, opt for one-off sessions or book a full course.
