Group Training

 

Another great way to complement your current exercise routine is to join our Group training classes that are held throughout the Shrewsbury area.

If you want to get fit in a fun, safe environment, with a trainer close by to check your form and motivate you, then this is right up your street. We run a wide variety of classes from Les Mills Body Pump, to Bootcamps to Pilates. Each class is taught to a high standard, with clear instruction and a motivational trainer to take you through it. The emphasis of our classes are for them to be open to all abilities, whether you are just getting started or an athlete who needs to push their fitness to the next level.

We currently instruct our classes in a variety of fitness studios, village halls and are looking to set up classes outdoors throughout the summer holiday.

Alongside classes – On Form Fitness encourage entering teams for various fitness events. Such as Mud Runs, Triathlons; encouraging group workouts outside traditional environments.
